Ashanti Fertility Amulets

I am also working on an African theme for Ubuntu Project in Italy - Ashanti fertility figures, but with a difference.  The tribal fertility amulets are traditionally female - but what about the men?  Since the medical field have proved to the modern mind that it is not just the woman that has to be fertile to produce offspring, then the man should also be represented when it comes to fertility. Do you agree?
